Here's What's New:

We've taken on a couple of new residential apartment complexes:
Astoria Waterfront Apartments - This is new construction made up of four buildings with 3 floors each. Mostly one bedroom apartments, many with river views. There are a few two & three bedroom units. Anticipated completion is mid to late September. Go to the home page and follow the links.

 River Grove Apartments (formerly known as Cavalier Court Apartments). The new owners are giving new life to these units. The exterior are being painted, interiors are getting remodeled. 

 Seaspot Apartments in Seaside. Single story duplex clusters. New owners are remodeling the interiors and keeping that beach charm. Exterior grounds are getting an update too.
